Diving Center Regulations Please read the regulations, then confirm below.

Diving Center Regulations

All required applications and forms concerning the diving activities must be read carefully and signed clearly.
All divers should be no-decompression divers with maximum depth of the diving certification level reached; considering the maximum allowed recreational diving depth is 40 m.
The guide (divemaster or instructor) is the only person in charge in issues concerning the divers' safety.
A check dive or scuba review dive is required for any diver who did not dive for more than 6 months.
Any equipment damaged, abused or lost has to be charged to the diver or replaced.
All rented equipment is to be used only by the diver who rents it and is registered in their registration form under their own responsibility.
All equipment has to be rinsed in fresh water and hung until it is dry using the provided hangers.
All equipment including the weights must be stored in the provided locker by 19:00 at the latest.
An extra charge of 10 euros will be applied in case of rinsing the regulator with the dust cap off or in case of returning the used tank with a pressure of less than 30 bar.

قواعد عامة وشروط

جميع الإقرارات والمستندات المطلوبة والمتعلقة بالنشاط المقدم من خلال مركز الغوص يجب قراءتها بعناية والتوقيع عليها بوضوح.
الغوصات يجب ألا تتعدى الوقت المسموح به والمحدد بواسطة حاسب الغوص، وألا يتعدى أقصى عمق لها العمق المتعارف عليه طبقاً لمستوى التدريب المحدد، وذلك باعتبار أن الحد الأقصى للعمق في الغوص الترفيهي هو 40 متراً.
يعتبر مرشد الغوص أو المدرب المرافق للمجموعة هو الشخص الوحيد المسئول والمخول له اتخاذ القرارات فيما يتعلق بسلامة المجموعة المرافقة له.
يتم تنفيذ غوصة لتحديد المستوى أو لمراجعة المهارات في حالة مضي أكثر من 6 أشهر على آخر غوصة مسجلة.
يتم استبدال أو دفع قيمة أي فقد أو تلفيات تحدث في المعدات المؤجرة نتيجة لسوء الاستخدام.
يتم استخدام المعدات المؤجرة بواسطة من قام بتأجيرها فقط، والتي قد تم تسجيلها في نموذج التسجيل الخاص به، على أن يكون استخدامها على مسئوليته شخصياً.
يجب غسل جميع المعدات بالماء العذب المخصص لذلك وتعليقها لتجف في الأماكن المخصصة.
يجب حفظ وتخزين جميع المعدات شاملة الأوزان في دواليب الحفظ الخاصة بالنزلاء قبل الساعة 19:00 على الأكثر.
يتم تحصيل غرامة بقيمة 10 يورو في حالة إعادة أو غسل المنظم بدون التأكد من إحكام غلق غطاء الأتربة الخاص به، أو في حالة إعادة أسطوانات الغوص المستخدمة بضغط أقل من 30 بار.
